The neighbourhood offers good facilities and connections, with underground station (line U3 - Kardinal Nagl Platz), restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakery, doctors, pharmacy and a dog area.

Within close walking distance you can reach the famous Viennese recreation area 'Prater', with its' amusement park, bicycle tracks, horse riding possibilities, driving range and much more.

This non-smoking appartment consists of dining area/kitchen with seating for 4, living area with a sofa which converts to a double bed, one bedroom with double bed, as well as bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, hob, electric kettle and fridge/freezer. The living area has cable TV and internet access. Towels can be provided, if requested in advance.
